Within the first two weeks of launching this new digital experience, the Observatory’s revenue increased 23 percent.

iX.co designed the image-rich website for Aspire, the three-story event space at the top of One World Trade Center, which features expansive floor to ceiling views of the greater New York City skyline. Within this image-rich website, visitors can view images from various celebrations and gatherings for inspiration, inquire about available event dates and peruse approved vendor lists. Following the initial success, we launched two additional property-specific websites for Legends - one for the Sky View Observatory in Seattle and another at the Observation Deck at CEB Tower in Washington, DC. Like with One World Observatory, the objective of these two new websites is to help drive online ticket sales; the image-rich sites have clear calls to action to help do just that.
